Do you accept returns?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why we accept any returns requests for 30 days following delivery, as long as the item is the same condition in which it was delivered.

What if I don't received my order within 30 days from shipment date?

No worries, Slight delays may happen due to the covid19 and current and upcoming holidays that are not working days of post and delivery. If your order is significantly late, please contact us at contact@bohemianhill.com

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How long is the delivery ? 

Processing Time: Orders placed from Monday to Saturday are processed within 2 to 3 days ( Please allow 3 days if your order was placed on the Week-end) 

Shipping time ( Estimated Timer per Continent/Country) 

- United States & Australia : 5 to 20 Business days

- Europe:7 to 15 Business days

- Rest of the World:12 to 20 Business days

Please note that we have different warehouses around the world based on inventory. If you ordered more than 1 item, there will likely arrive in different packages. 

I ordered multiple items. Why did I only receive one?

Often, when you order multiple items we utilize different distribution channels. As such, many times each item will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

I placed an order, but I didn't receive a confirmation email... What's going on?

Kindly check your Spam or Junk folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you are still unable to find it please shoot us a line under "Contact Us" section of our site.

What about custom fees? 


This depends on the laws of your country. We strive to avoid this, however we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.



Can I cancel my order?

 
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
